Additional Health Resources
Telemedicine (MDLIVE) Service
MDLIVE is a convenient option for non-emergent medical issues instead of a
visit to your doctor’s office, clinic or urgent care center. You can have a
conversation with a board-certified doctor on the phone and/or by secure video,
smartphone, or mobile app anytime, no matter where you are, anytime, day or
night. Co-pays for this service are waived through June 4, 2020. Click here for
more information and activate your MDLIVE account.
Tele-Behavioral Health
With Tele-Behavioral Health, you can have virtual visits by phone or video chat
with a licensed in-network behavioral health care professional
as well as many of the out of networks providers if they provide
virtual sessions. You’ll pay the same level of benefits as you would today for
in-network and out-of-network services as you would for in-person service. The
provider finder on Blue Cross member portal includes a telemedicine indicator for
providers who currently offer Tele Behavioral Health.
