Sidney Johnson is an accounting executive with extensive leadership experience in providing companies with guidance in building accounting and financial structure. Based in Montgomery County, PA, Mr. Johnson is the Founder/President of NumbersByDesign, LLC consulting in that capacity, Mr. Johnson advises companies on strategies to build sound financial plans and scalable accounting structures for growth. Mr. Johnson holds a B.S. in Accounting with a minor in Finance from West Chester University and an Executive MBA from Temple University, Fox School of Business.

Renee Pacini is the Director of Product Marketing at Campus Management. Renee has served global higher education for over 30 years, including working with SCT/SunGard Higher Education/Ellucian and TargetX where she held leadership roles in product management, product strategy, client services, and marketing.

She earned a B.S. in Special Education, MSA in Training & Development from West Chester University, and an Executive MBA from the Fox School of Business at Temple University. Prior to serving as President of the FSBAA, she also served as Vice President. She resides in suburban Philadelphia with her husband and college-age sons, with whom she enjoys training in the martial arts and participating in community service work.

Giac is the Director of Client Services at SleepEx LabRetriever in Conshohocken. As a leader, he is able to gather information, synthesize it and develop action plans that lead to results. Giac holds a Bachelor’s degree in MIS from Northwood University and an MBA from Temple’s Fox School of Business. In addition to the FSBAA, he has served as treasurer for the EMBA alumni committee. He has a charismatic personality, he brings energy and enthusiasm and a willingness to contribute as necessary to his many leadership roles.

Beth is the Executive Director at Volpig and Koenig, P.C. She comes to her role on the FSBAA Board with over 20 years of management and board experience, ready to hit the ground running. Prior to completing her Executive MBA at Fox, Beth earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Chestnut Hill College.

Ellen Marshall is an Organization and Program Management Leader whose experience is punctuated with increasing and diverse accomplishments in health care policy, professional education, and health and social service programming.

Ms. Marshall was Managing Director of the Psychoanalytic Center of Philadelphia (PCOP), a training center for psychoanalysts and psychodynamic psychotherapists, where she led continuing education and strategic planning. As Vice President for Programs and Health Policy for the Arthritis Foundation, Eastern PA Chapter, Ms. Marshall revitalized and directed the Chapter’s continuing education programs for health care professionals and administered the Chapter’s medical advisory and patient services committees.

Ms. Marshall was also a Program Manager with Public Private Ventures (PPV), where she oversaw the implementation of the nationally renowned, Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP), a nurse home visitation program for low-income, first-time mothers, in seven counties in Pennsylvania. Ms. Marshall began her career in health policy as a Policy Analyst, and later Acting Director, in the Scientific Policy Department of the American College of Physicians. Medical ethics policy she helped develop was adopted by the AMA and World Medical Association.

Ms. Marshall holds a MBA from Temple University Fox School of Business and an AB in Biology from Bryn Mawr College.

Viv Dobbs is technology and entertainment enthusiast with a passion for customer experience. She is currently a rotational director in the Comcast NBCUniversal Rotational Leadership Program. As part of the program, she has had the opportunity to work in mobile technology product strategy, film business development and strategy in Los Angeles as well as corporate strategy at the company’s headquarters in Philadelphia. Before Comcast, she spent 7 years developing and leading a new vision for Temple University’s institutional marketing department that elevated the role of user research in marketing. She earned her MBA from Temple University in 2017.

For fun, Viv enjoys a good old-fashioned board game and has started to incorporate more non-fiction books onto her historically fantasy/sci-fi reading list. She also volunteers at an organization founded to address mental health issues in young people through mindfulness and fitness. Viv began volunteering with the Fox School of Business Alumni Association Communications Committee in 2020.

Charity was born and raised in West Philadelphia, and has a passion for connecting people and helping others with their professional development. She is currently a Labor Relations Analyst in the Mayor’s Office of Labor Relations. Charity is a recent graduate of Temple University’s Fox School of Business, and former HR Assistant of Temple University Human Resources Department. While working at Temple, she assisted in planning Temple University’s 10th & 11th Annual Neighborhood Job Fair. She also coordinated the 1st Annual Prince of Peace Community Job Fair in partnership with Temple University in North Philadelphia. In addition, last June Charity founded the 1st Annual West Philly Community Job Fair.

As a student Charity worked at Temple Telefund for 4 years and was promoted to Program Center Supervisor. She contacted over 40,000 alumni, parents, and friends; and raised over $78,000 in monetary donations for Temple’s Annual Fund.

Neha is a professional working at the intersection of the private and public sector. While at Fox, Neha developed a passion for bridging the gap for marginalized populations through improved access to quality education, healthcare, and better job opportunities.

Upon graduation, Neha taught mathematics at a vocational high school in Providence, Rhode Island. She coached students for national competition SkillsUSA, pioneered blended learning which improved student test scores, and advocated for greater access to quality education.

Most recently, Neha worked as a technology consultant at Deloitte Consulting LLP in the Government & Public Services practice. She developed innovative technology solutions that revolutionized large civilian agencies. She led a social intrapreneurship program to support international nonprofits and social enterprises. She advised efforts to improve health outcomes in underserved communities in India, address economic inequality in Chile, and strengthen prevention programs for human trafficking survivors in Cambodia. She was one of 10 Deloitte US representatives to be invited to the One Young World Summit, a gathering of leaders working to tackle human rights issues globally.

Neha graduated from Temple in May 2014 as a Finance major and MIS minor. Neha served as the President of the Business Honors Student Association and recruited prospective students with the Honors Admission & Transition Team. Eager to get involved in the Philadelphia community, she worked with the Small Business Development Center on an economic revitalization program for the East Oak Lanes community and Big Brothers Big Sisters program.

With a younger sister graduating from Fox in May, and having met her partner in Alter Hall seven years ago, Neha feels a special connection to the business school. She currently resides with her husband and their cat baby George in West Philly, where their passion project is experimenting with new pizza dough recipes.

Eric serves as corporate counsel for EMD Electronics, an Affiliate of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany.

Eric Greco was born and raised in Northeastern Pennsylvania. While a student at Temple, Eric undertook a double major at the Fox School of Business (B.B.A., International Business Administration and Marketing) and attended classes at Main Campus, Center City, Ambler, and Temple Rome. During college, Eric was Co-Chair of the J&H Judicial Board, President of the J&H Freshman Senate, worked at the IBC, participated in Greek life, and was also a NCAA scholar-athlete and member of Temple University’s Rowing and Rugby teams. Eric also found time to organize volunteers and fundraise for various wonderful non-profits such as the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Alzheimer's Society, American Cancer Society, Red Cross, and the Salvation Army. Before receiving his B.B.A from Fox (also a member of the Temple Honor Roll and NCAA Atlantic 10 Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll), Eric raised thousands of dollars for a variety of charities and completed thousands of community service hours.

Upon graduation from Temple, Eric went on to study law at Rutgers Law School in Camden, NJ. While at Rutgers, Eric was a member of the University's Dean's List and received the Pro Bono Publico Award for significant service to the community. After receiving his J.D. from Rutgers, Eric served as a judicial law clerk to a New Jersey Superior Court Judge and was engaged in private practice for national and regional law firms.

While Eric, his wife Jessica, and 2 sons call South Jersey home, Eric works in Philadelphia and tries to sneak back over the bridge on Saturday and/or Sunday for long bike rides on the Schuylkill River Trail (and/or a Temple football game)! Eric is currently a member of the Owl Club and volunteers his time for his community's Human Relations Commission, as well as a variety of other service organizations.

Nicole Granston is a people connector and change agent committed to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. As a former finance professional, she worked for Accenture managing clients in the financial services and technology division. At ConEdison, she managed the derivative accounting and financial RFPs for government contracts. At Showtime Networks, she played an integral part in the management of the company’s top revenue affiliate accounts for over a decade. She provided key strategic analyses and guidance and served as a liaison with sales and marketing. Throughout her career, she spent time within each company focused on diversity and inclusion projects, such as Supplier Diversity and Employee Resource Groups. Most recently, she completed the Diversity and Inclusion Program at Cornell University.

Upon entering the media and entertainment industry, 15 years ago, Nicole became an active member of NAMIC (National Association of Multi-Ethnicity in Communications); a 14-chapter, national organization whose mission is to educate, advocate and empower for multi-ethnic diversity in the communications industry.  She served as President of the New York Chapter, where she garnered 4 out of 7 awards during their annual conference: Leadership Team of the Year, Marketing Excellence, Event Management and Programming Achievement. While serving as President, she also lent her talents to Showtime’s parent company, CBS. There she served as a CBS Diversity Council participant, Committee Advisor for CBS’ RAD (Respect, Appreciation, Development) and Committee Advisor for CBS’ Women’s Group. Nicole’s capacity for leadership and collaboration, with the ability to foster relationships across functional hierarchies, led her to be sponsored for the NAMIC Leadership Seminar and the WICT Prime Access Program.

Outside of the media industry, Nicole’s passions and interests intersect in her community involvement. She’s currently the Co-Chair of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Advisory Committee at RCDS and a founding Board Member of The Kool Nerd Foundation, which is a youth-based program, connecting students to careers in STEM.

She has served as a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS), which is considered the founding agency of the nation’s youth mentoring movement. She served as a Board of Trustee Member for Rye Country Day School (RCDS), ranked #7 in Best Private Schools in NYC and ranked #26 in Best Private Schools in America by Niche. She has also been a volunteer teacher in China with Global Language Villages. Nicole is an avid traveler (5 continents, 32 countries, 32 states), a 3x NYC Marathon finisher and loves to salsa dance. Tony brings 30 years of industry experience to his current role as Assistant Professor at Temple University’s Fox School of Business, where he has taught strategy, international business and consulting at both the undergrad and graduate levels, locally and overseas. Tony is also responsible for the development and administration of the Temple University Management Consulting Program (TUMCP), a university-wide program open to undergrad and master’s level students, and serves as the program’s academic director. TUMCP is designed to help students realize their career aspirations in the field of management consulting. The foundation of TUMCP is its partnerships with more than 80 senior managers from 40+ name brand firms. An active member of the Academy of Management, the Academy of International Business, and the Consortium for Undergraduate International Business Education (CUIBE), having presented his work to these forums, as well as in industry publications.

Tony is also the designer and Academic Director Fox’s Masters in Management (MIM) program, set to launch in the fall of 2020 at Temple’s main campus, as well as Temple University Japan, in Tokyo. The MIM is designed to provide a graduate level business education for students lacking formal business education and work experience.

A practitioner, Tony began his career in global financial services, overseeing such functions as business operations, product development and asset management. He has also held key risk management roles with a variety of banks, thrifts and mortgage banks; managing all aspects of credit, operational risk, due diligence and diverse consumer loan portfolios, including sub-prime mortgage portfolios.

An accomplished management consultant, Tony has extensive experience in terms of both industry and form of engagement; including strategy, change management, technology monetization, go-to market, and governance; having worked with public, private, non-profit, faith-based, and government organizations (including the Department of Defense). Tony has also brought his expertise in strategic planning to Temple, where, as the Managing Director of Strategic Planning, he directed the development of Fox’s current strategic plan, Fox 2025. He is currently assisting the School of Sport, Tourism and Hospitality Management (STHM) in a similar initiative; and, has done the same for the Fox School of Business Alumni Association.

Tony attended Biola University in Southern California where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership. He completed his Masters of Business Administration in the Executive MBA program at Temple University’s Fox School of Business and was the founding president of the EMBA Alumni Association and a member of Beta Gamma Sigma.

A Southern California native, Tony and his wife Juliet now call Northwest Philadelphia home. Beyond teaching, family, and community service, they enjoy overseas travel and the many arts and cultural opportunities that exist in the Northeast. An avid Temple football fan, in the fall, Tony can often be found at Temple football games and tailgate parties.

Victor Zilong Zhao, FSA, CERA is a data science actuary at Cigna, a global health service company, where he builds AI-powered predictive models to enhance traditional business processes. Passionate about personal development and community empowerment, he is an active member of Cigna’s Aspire ERG, a resource group dedicated to uplifting Asian/South Asian colleagues, customers and local communities. Having founded the ERG’s Pennsylvania regional chapter, Victor led a team to establish numerous diversity and inclusion programs. Most recently, they launched the award-winning ERG Innovation Tournament, an intrapreneurial program to promote grassroots innovations across the enterprise. As Aspire ERG’s current Chief Innovation Catalyst, Victor has built a cross-functional team to strengthen innovation education and incubation among Cigna employees.
Victor graduated magna cum laude from Temple University in 2016—where he majored in actuarial science and minored in computer science. An active student leader on campus, Victor served on five student organizations’ officer boards (president of two) and was a recipient of the Diamond Award, the highest student recognition by Student Affairs.

Kieara L. Hill serves as an Associate at CBRE based in the downtown Philadelphia office.

Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Hill served as an Assistant Director at Savills, where she assisted in creating pitch decks, situation analysis and financial models for both prospective and current clients. Ms. Hill also gained professional work experience at Avison Young, Cushman & Wakefield, and Coldwell Banker while she completed her studies at Temple University.

Ms. Hill, a licensed salesperson in Pennsylvania, earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from Temple University and a minor in Legal Studies. While at Temple University she served as a Student Alumni Ambassador, a program aimed at interviewing alumni to get them more involved and find ways in which the university could improve. A resident of Center City Philadelphia, she currently serves on the board of the CoreNet Global Philadelphia Chapter as the University Relations Co-Chair and on the board of the Friends of Hockessin School #107 with her former professor David Wilk.

Emily Tunney is Associate Manager of Corporate Strategy & Development at Bimbo Bakeries USA, the largest commercial baking company in the United States.

Emily is a native Philadelphian and proud Temple University alumna (Klein, 2006). She spent a decade working as an administrator, event planner, and program manager in the public sector. In 2019, Emily returned to Temple University, this time enrolling in the Fox School of Business full time MBA program. While enrolled, Emily founded the nascent Fox Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Graduate Student Professional Organization (DE&I SPO). The mission of the DE&I SPO is to facilitate learning and

networking among graduate students, alumni, Fox faculty and staff, and the greater Philadelphia business community to embrace diversity as business imperative, create inclusive cultures, and infuse equity into all aspects of business management. Emily completed her MBA in May 2021, leveraging her degree to transition to a new career in corporate strategy.
