Temple University’s Management Consulting Program (TUMCP) is excited to announce the winners of its 3rd Annual International Business Live Case Competition. We are most appreciative to Tyson Foods of Springdale, AR for serving as this year’s case sponsor.
The case competition features a live case involving a real, current challenge facing Tyson Foods. Students from across the university were invited to participate in teams of four in either the undergraduate or graduate divisions. The competition opened on Thursday, March 17 at a welcome reception for the competing teams, where the teams were able to hear from the case authors and formally receive the case.
Teams then had 24 hours to respond to Tyson’s business challenge with a presentation outlining their research, analysis and proposed solutions for the business challenge. The following morning, the student teams returned to campus to present their solutions in two rounds: first before a panel of judges from the consulting industry, and then before members of Tyson’s management team.
This year’s winning teams and outstanding individual presenters include the following.
