The Center for Executive Education at Temple University’s Fox School of Business is adept at online delivery of the same incredible content we have been providing to clients on campus and on-site for years. Our online open enrollment courses offer the same content and learning, optimized to ensure equivalent retention and mastery of information when participants are joining from across the internet.

Organizations face many of the same business challenges regardless of industry or location. While larger companies have the resources to develop their own custom-designed programs in partnership with the Center or pull their staff into one city for a large retreat, we believe that size should not be a barrier to benefitting from the experience and expertise of the Fox School’s faculty.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion: Building Basic Competency

Today’s workplaces demand robust diversity, equity and inclusion training to remain productive and retain employees.

The business case for diversity is clear: more diverse companies perform better financially, are more innovative and provide better service and products. In the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion: Building Basic Competency program at the Fox School of Business participants will spend three half-days gaining valuable skills to:

Women’s Leadership Series will prepare high-performing employees who are on the cusp of stepping into the role of director or above and who have been identified as future leaders by their organizations. The series has been created by the Fox School’s instructional design team, faculty, and subject matter experts to embrace women’s experiences and unique challenges in the workplace. Participants will cover a logical progression of skill development sessions, including:

Women's Leadership Series 2.0

Reinforce and extend the skills developed in our classic Women’s Leadership Series, with further sessions on the latest topics and newest challenges impacting leaders as they rise in the workplace.

Created in reply to the overwhelming response to our original Women’s Leadership Series, Women’s Leadership Series 2.0 will advance high-performing employees who are in the role of director or above and have been identified for future promotion within their organizations. The series continues the skill development participants began in their first Women’s Leadership Series experience by providing advanced training necessary for employees as they rise higher in organizations. Participants will cover a logical progression of vital skill development sessions, including (but not limited to):

LGBTQ+ Leadership Series

The Center for Executive Education, the Fox School of Business and the larger Temple University community have gathered a team of incredible facilitators to work with our instructional design specialists and staff to create a unique online offering that responds to the need for effective professional leadership development training that also centers the experiences and unique challenges in the workplace for LGBTQ+ employees. The LGBTQ+ Leadership Series will prepare high-performing employees who are about to rise to management roles and have been identified as future leaders by their organizations. Participants will cover a logical progression of skill development sessions, including:

  • Leveraging Your Leadership Style

  • Executive Presentation and Communication Skills

  • Finance for the Non-Financial Manager

  • The Art of Negotiation

  • Career Management

  • Leading Organizational Change

Across six sessions offered over three days, the group will have to time to listen, learn and grow together–developing a professional support network that extends beyond their team and their company and sets them up for future successes.
