Developing a New Revenue Stream for an Arts-Based Nonprofit

Since its launch in 1984, the Mural Arts Program (MAP) has produced over 3,000 murals in the City of Philadelphia, and its programs continue to serve 1,500 young people every year. MAP engaged Fox Management Consulting to research and identify new revenue streams for the organization. Through careful research and strategic planning, Fox MC highlighted new opportunities for MAP, which led to $500,000 in grant funding, 2 new staff positions, and the launch of a new Mural Arts retail store.  Read more.
